- Products used after delivery
- Without prior approval
📹 Reporting a Damaged Product
For fragile products including glassware and breakable items, customers must provide:
- Complete unboxing video
- Images of damaged product
- Images of packaging
⚠️ Damage claims must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.
⏱️ Return Request Timeline
Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Requests raised after this period may be redirected to the manufacturer's warranty process where applicable.
💰 Refunds
- Processed after inspection and verification.
- Timeline: 5–7 business days after approval.
- Issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
🔁 Replacements
Where feasible, replacements may be offered instead of refunds. Eligibility depends on product availability, nature of issue, and manufacturer guidelines.
🚫 Order Cancellation
- Cancellation allowed before dispatch only.
- If already shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
- Special/bulk/customized orders may not be eligible for cancellation.
