The SAS Pro range takes Vinod's Platinum Triply construction and adds a toxin-free honeycomb non-stick coating — so you get the durability and even heating of tri-ply stainless steel with the easy release of a non-stick pan.
Underneath the coating is the same SAS build: food-safe AISI 304 stainless steel inside, an edge-to-edge aluminium core for even heat, and an AISI 430 magnetic outer layer for induction. The body is a thick 2.5 mm, which holds heat well and resists warping.
The extra deep shape gives you room for large batches — deep frying, big curries, cooking for a crowd.
