Built on SAS technology: a triple-layer construction of Stainless Steel, Aluminium and Stainless Steel. The inner AISI 304 food-safe layer is hygienic, rust-free and non-reactive. The aluminium core spreads heat evenly so milk and sauces heat gently without catching at the base. The outer AISI 430 magnetic layer works on both gas and induction.
