Built on SAS technology: a triple-layer construction of Stainless Steel, Aluminium and Stainless Steel. The inner AISI 304 food-safe layer is hygienic, rust-free and non-reactive, so acidic ingredients won't corrode it. The aluminium core spreads heat evenly across the base and up the sides. The outer AISI 430 magnetic layer works on both gas and induction.
